Program a Farming Robot
Calculate the amount of time it will take a robot to plant seeds in a field.

Your task is to program a farming robot to move one row (50cm) in a field to plant seeds.

Challenge # 1. You will program your robot to move forward using 3 different power levels (25, 50, 100). You will measure the amount of time it takes your robot to move 50 centimeters for each power level (start with 5 seconds then keep trying until the robot moves 50cm). You will record the times on the google sheets file located at Farming robot sheet. How much time does it take for the robot to travel 50cm at the three different speeds?


Challenge # 2. Using the formula rate X time = distance, calculate speed for the 3 different power levels (25, 50, 100). You will record the speeds on the google sheets file located at Farming robot sheet.
Answer the question in a full sentence: What is the relationship between power and speed?

Challenge # 3. The farming robot drops seeds at a specific time interval. Your robot must travel at a speed of 24 cm/s to properly distribute the seeds. Which power level will produce the proper speed? You will record the speeds on the google sheets file located at Farming robot sheet.

Challenge # 4 Predict how much time will it take the robot to travel 100 cm at power levels 10, 50, 100? You will record the time on the google sheets file located at Farming robot sheet.
